I liked this unit a lot. I learned many different tools I can use in real life and in art. The first art skill I learned and improved on was shading. I can now confidently say I can shade something to look almost real. The second was the use of paint and clay together. I made a cool tile and it was painted the best I could, granted I missed a day.
The clay tile was the most successful in my opinion because it looked the best and it was the funnest to make and paint. It was my favorite because I could make something that I wanted that fit the criteria. In the end my tile was painted to express my ideas towards the prompt.
I am interested in using paint because it is really really fun. I enjoy using paint because it let's me be free and create what I want how I want. Pain is easy to use and easy to clean up. If I mess up on something I can just paint over it. Paint is very customizable and can be suited to anyone's needs.

Forced perspective was my favorite type of art that Mrs.Purtee showed us this week because we could do so much with it and it just looked the coolest to me.
This was my favorite picture for two reasons. The first was because i was in it and the second was because this was just a really cool picture.
